So, what is it I placed here? Well, I was asked to capture an image from the first movie. And as I did so, I was reminded that the art of that movie is beautiful. Even though I don't like the movie because it portrays Shun as a weak-minded whimp who can't walk one step without his brother's help (it's false, It'm telling you, it's a LIE!!!) and because I find the scenario more than disappointing, I am forced to acknowledge the magic there is in the art for this movie. So here are some pics taken from it, in chornological order (yes, of course Shun is there, but also some nice shots of Saori).
Then, I scanned some pictures from one of my Saint Seiya doujinshis. No no, don't run away, no yaoi, no hentai, nothing, not even shounen ai! *chuckle*
What's special about those pics?

• They were drawn by the famous group named Clamp, and in particular by Mokona Apapa, an artist I admire *a lot*. I hope you like the pics, even if I'm afraid there's been a bit of a problem due to paper quality and my own talent for scanning pictures! ^^;
• You'll find some new pics I just scanned, ones that you've likely never seen anywhere else: I got lucky this Summer, while raiding Mandarake in Torrance, I found a doujinshi made by Clamp just for Shun's birthday! The pics are at the bottom of the page, I hope you'll like them =)
• Oh, and if you wonder why I put up scans of Clamp even though they expressed the wish that none of the art of their works appear on web sites, well it's simple: they drew this Saint Seiya doujinshi as fans, and they've never owned any of the Saint Seiya characters. Now if you think I still shouldn't, well that's too bad I guess *grin*

Athena calls out to the Bronze Saints one last time before.... Full Size: 320 x 240 pixels.	Saori falls slowly into a dark abyss, to be reborn in a world where she will be Abel's puppet. Alone in the night, Shun cries as he hears Saori's last thoughts and feels her passing. Need I say that I will once again eagerly offer my soul in payement for this cel? Full Size: 320 x 240 pixels.	"But can you argue with a God?" The Bronze Boys have come to Abel's sanctuary to try and convince him to change his mind about the fate of the Earth. Full Size: 320 x 240 pixels.
